Community Partners Improve Student's Success

The University of Central Florida hasplayed a key role in the development of UCP of Central Florida's East Orange/Bailes Campus. The University of Central Florida will continue their involvement through:

• grant and research opportunities
• student volunteer/service learning opportunities
• teacher internships and field placements/observations
• other department Internships
• continued input into program plan/curriculum development
• family support partnerships (i.e. support groups, family activities)
• development of new therapy techniques clinics
• after school/summer program partnerships
• class projects
• development of assistive technology products for children with disabilities
