Program Enrollment Applications

UCP of Central Florida has several steps for enrollment in our education programs for the 2011-2012 school year. Here are the steps:

Step One: Interest Form

If you are just starting the inquiry process with UCP of Central Florida, thank you for your interest. Please Complete the Education Interest Form and return it to UCP's admissions department by faxing it to (407) 480-4085.

Step Two: Registration Packet

If you have completed the Education Interest Form and have been instructed by admissions or the campus to complete the registration packet, please download these forms, complete them and return to the School Administrator at your campus or to the admissions department by faxing to (407) 480-4085.

Step Three: Enrollment/Back to School Packet

If you have already been accepted to UCP of Central Florida for the 2011-2012 school year, please download these forms and return them to the school administrator at the campus where you are enrolled.
